Full Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), intends to award a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Avatier Corporation, 4733 Chabot Drive - Suite 201, Pleasanton, CA 94588, for TTB's required maintenance support for Avatier Identity Management Server (AIMS) software. The server requires full maintenance, upgrades, updates and technical support for three years. A proprietary license for the Avatier software is held by Avatier Corporation. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service will consider all affirmative responses received no later than January 2, 2019 at 2:00 PM EST. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show how it will be advantageous to the Government to change providers for this requirement. A request for information will not be considered an affirmative response. Responses to this request shall be emailed to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, Attention: MW/HS TTB-60000-19-0031. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to make a sole source award to Avatier Corp. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
