The 55th Contracting Squadron is seeking a contractor to supply aviation gasoline (AVGAS), specifically 100LL grade, to support the 2026 Defenders of Freedom Air and Space Show at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, scheduled for August 8th and 9th, 2026. The total estimated fuel requirement for the event is approximately 4,600 gallons. Deliveries are planned over four days, with 400 gallons on August 6th, 500 gallons on both August 7th and 8th, and a larger delivery of 3,200 gallons on August 9th. The contractor must provide both the AVGAS and a refueling truck, along with trained personnel to perform refueling operations, as Offutt AFB lacks qualified staff to conduct these activities. The base will oversee logistics but will not handle the refueling itself, and the contractor is responsible for removing any unused fuel at no charge to the government. This solicitation is classified as a Total Small Business Set-Aside and requires interested entities to have active registration in SAM.gov to qualify for contract award. Responses must be submitted by June 10, 2026, and should include the company’s name and CAGE code. The points of contact for inquiries and submissions are TSgt Jake Freligh and Tyler Imhoff, both reachable via provided email and phone contact information. The contract is managed through the Department of Defense at Offutt AFB, with further operational details available in the attached Statement of Work.
