The Government intends to procure on an Unrestricted Full and Open Competition basis delivery of Aviator's Breathing Oxygen (ABO) Type II, NSN 6830-00-808-9531 and ancillary services to Misawa AB Japan in Government-Owned ABO Tanks. ABO shall meet specifications IAW MIL-PRF-27210J dated 7 August 2013. The estimated yearly quantities for this f.o.b. destination requirement are: 2,000 gallons per year. The associated services are: Emergency Delivery, Detention; Tank Over- Pressure Protection, and Hot Fill. The contract ordering period(s) will be from 1 January 2016 through 30 September 2020, and will be used to establish one five (5) year firm fixed price requirements type contract. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 21 September 2015 and posted to the FebBizOpps web page at (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/). If you do not have internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written or emailed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
