Bid Proposals for the Routine Distribution Work, Zones 7/8/9, Aquarion
Water Authority will be received by the Aquarion Water Authority, through the E-bid portal; bid# 2026-09-15-001; on https://aquarion.procureware.com . until 2:00 P.M. eastern time on Oct. 2nd , 2026.
 
Aquarion Water Authority is posting a bid for contractors to submit rates for labor, equipment and materials related to water utility distribution system work. This will be planned work coordinated with AWA, not emergency response work. This contract will cover AWA geographic areas of Zones 7; 8; & 9 as displayed in AWA’s geographic area mapping in the ebid portal.

The Contractor shall bid the work listed in the Pricing Form by Zone Area as indicated in the 2026 Emergency Geographic Service Areas document in the Documents Tab of this bid.
Distribution work will be awarded for a Zone area based on the winning bid being the Primary Contractor for the service area and the second place bid being the Secondary Contractor for the Zone area. 
Bidders are not required to bid on every zone. Bidders may bid on one or more zones.  If bidding on a particular Zone Bidders must provide pricing for ALL items under that particular Zone.
Bidders will fill out and submit the Master Rate Sheet for each Zone a bid has been submitted.
The Contractor shall be aware that awarding under this Request for Proposal will be in place for three (3) years with 2 additional one (1) year renewal options available.
 
Aquarion Water Company reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
 
No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of this bid.
