The Contracting Activity for USPFO Washington intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract for THE REPAIR AND SERVICE OF HARRIS RADIOS. This intended contract action will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures accordance under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Full and open competition need not be provided for when: A statute expressly authorizes or requires that the acquisition be made through another agency or from a specified source. The total estimated value is $41081.96. Any interested party may submit a capability statement by the closing date of this announcement. Respondents shall not submit any proprietary information when responding to this notice. Respondents shall also note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this notice. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).
