BLDG 440, Perry Hall Auditorium is showing significant signs of wear and tear and is in need of renovation. Major concerns and items to addressed during this renovation include: 1. Main Flooring - Replace with New tile/carpeting 2, Stage Flooring - resurface wood flooring on stage. 3. Seating - Replace stadium style seating. 4. Audio Visual - Replace Podium with integrated A/V system to include lighting Automation 5. Lighting - Replace with LED lights. 6. Ceiling - Replace existing ceiling tiles with new. 7. Wall Coverings - Replace wall coverings/paint. 8. HVAC - Overhaul/replace HVAC system. This will be a collaborative effort between OTCN and NLEC to coordinate the specific design details and fund this project.
