The VA Network 22 Logistics Office, intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source contract with University of California, Los Angeles, Office of Research Administration located at 11000 Kinross Ave STE 102, Los Angeles, CA 90095 under 6.302-1, to continue the on-going project to examine PACT for women Veterans is being implemented in VA women's health (WH) and primary care (PC) settings. There are three qualitative components: (1) VISN- and VAMC-level key stakeholder interviews, (2) field notes and secondary data collection, and (3) PACT team let interviews. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed contract for twelve months. The delivery location is at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. This notice is not a request for competitive proposal. The NAICS is 611310.
