The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 22, intends to award a Single Source contract to Intellica Corporation for the Remote Veteran Apnea Management Portal Research (REVAMP-R) project at the VA San Diego Healthcare System. This procurement follows commercial item procedures under FAR Parts 12 and 13, specifically allowing for a non-competitive single-source award due to the vendor's specialized experience. This notice of intent is informational only and not a solicitation; no competitive bids or offers will be accepted in response.
