Full Description

REQUESTS NAVFAC TO EXECUTE AN A&E DESIGN EFFORT TO CONVERT THE 2B WING OF B110 (PREVIOUSLY THE TECHNICAL LIBRARY) INTO A CLASSIFIED MEETING AND WORKING SPACE. THE CONSTRUCTION EFFORT WILL BE FUNDED BY FY25 CAPITAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (CIP) FUNDS, WHICH MUST BE OBLIGATED BY 30 SEPT 2025. ESIGN EFFORT WILL INCLUDE A SITE VISIT W/DESIGN CHARRETTE, 10% DESIGN REVIEW WITH THREE CONCEPT OPTIONS, AND PRELIMINARY COST ESTIMATES FOR EACH OPTION. NSWC WILL REVIEW AND PRESENT OPTIONS TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP, AND PROVIDE OPTION SELECTION TO DESIGNERS. DESIGN WILL PROGRESS WITH 50%, 100%, AND FINAL DESIGN REVIEW SUBMITTAL. CONCEPT SKETCHES AND LIST OF DESIRED FEATURES ATTACHED.
