B1338 Avionics Cooling Units (ACUs)

***This requirement is for two (2) each Twist Inc Model#: ACU030480WH ACUs. Please disregard the unit of measure in the solicitation document, as that reflects how this will be invoiced once awarded, rather than the actual requirement and number of ACUs.*** COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - COMBO Eielson AFB Avionics Cooling Units (ACUs) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA5004-20-Q-0053 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 document for applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provision 52.212-1 will provide instructions to offerors for submission of quotes while 52.212-2 will provide the evaluation criteria. Evaluation criteria for this requirement is Price and Technical Capability. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government with respect to these two provisions. A responsive quote will consist of a completed SF1449, and any pertinent technical information detailed in the attached documentation. This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 333415 with a small business size standard of 1250 EMP. Vendors shall complete Attachment 1 in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data as required by this Combo. ***Please note that this requirement is a brand name requirement for the Twist Inc Model#: ACU030480WH.
