B35 Chiller Replacement

The Kansas Air National Guard at McConnell AFB, KS, is seeking a small business contractor under a firm fixed price contract to remove and replace an 80-ton chiller at Building 35. The project involves installing a new Trane 80-ton chiller using R-134A refrigerant or equivalent, integrating it with the Direct Digital Control system, and installing a 4-inch T-valve for temporary hook-ups. The scope includes decommissioning the old unit, proper refrigerant disposal, and potential expansion of the 4000 psi concrete pad. The period of performance is 90 days from the Notice to Proceed.
