The project requires repaving the Parking Lot using the
Full Depth Recycling method. This includes new non-reflective thermoplastic
striping, new handicapped signage and poles, new concrete parking bumpers,
and new xeriscape cobbles—all in accordance with the project drawings and
specifications.



The Contractor must conduct a pavement survey to ensure proper drainage. The
Contractor is responsible for utilizing all recycled materials, including
grinding, milled, and pulverized materials, to correct low spots and ensure
proper drainage. Additionally, the Contractor must dispose of any remaining
recycled materials, waste materials, and debris from the project site to a
