FOR SOLICITATION SPE7M516R0049 / PR 0062357241 Solicitation: SPE7M5-16-R-0049 PR: 0062357241 NSN: 5998-01-080-0152 Item: Backplane Assembly This requirement is for a quantity of 15 units. Price Breaks are requested up to a quantity of 30 units. This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The Government required delivery is 180 days and item will be shipped to: SW3119 Warner Robins AFB 455 Bryon Street BLDG 376 Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887 This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2340 (c)(1). Approved source(s): Disan Engineering (31281) P/N: 11250 The solicitation contains the provision DLAD 52.217-9002, entitled Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedure should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Reverse Auctioning: This solicitation will not contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA).
