This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L1-25-Q-A003. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 dated June 11, 2025, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20250117. The Austin USPFOTX Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for band instruments. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339992 and the small business size standard is 1,000 EMP. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
