Banking Compliance Library Federal and State via Intranet to CCH Incorporated

Intent to Sole Source. The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an Order to CCH Incorporated. on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for Banking Compliance Federal and State online service via Intranet. CCH Incorporated is the only provider of the Banking Compliance Federal and State via Intranet that allows users access to electronically searchable and retrievable contents, including FDIC, FFIEC, FRB, OCC and SEC laws, all federal banking laws, regulations, and reference materials required for bank examination and regulatory compliance. The Banking Compliance Library integrates valuable interpretive information and decision-support tools that allow subscribers to quickly and conveniently navigate all federal banking laws, regulations, and reference materials required for bank examination and regulatory compliance. Partnered with the American Bankers Association (ABA), the Banking Compliance Library brings subscribers a comprehensive source of content and resources in a single, easy-to-use, web-based platform. As stated CCH Incorporated is the only online provider of the above stated Library via Intranet. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by November 16, 2013 by 2:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention B. Cooper/G. Huffman. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
