Banner Village Park Playground (CIP 27-04)

Scope: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menifee hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites sealed bids for the above stated Project up to time of 2:00 p.m., on June 23, 2026.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work generally consists of the installation of a pre-purchased playground and corresponding park improvements at Banner Village Park.
The pre-purchased playground equipment is currently located at a City owned lot located at 238349 Bradley Road, Menifee, CA 92586. Contractor will be responsible for transporting material to job site. Cost of transportation shall be included in the lump sum bid. Equipment previously purchased includes:
• GameTime Custom 2-5 Play Structure (Per Drawings) • Welcome Sign (2-5) • Whale structure • Materials and Installation of pour in Place Rubber Surfacing
LOCATION OF WORK The work to be constructed is located Banner Village Park, 29469 Falcon Hill Drive, Menifee, CA 92584.
PROJECT TIMELINE This project is date specific, and the construction schedule shall be strictly adhered to. The Contractor shall begin work on or before the date noted in the project construction time schedule shown below and in the General Provisions. Construction WORK HOURS will be limited between 7:00AM and 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday unless approved by City Engineer.
BID SUBMITAL REQUIREMENTS Bids must be submitted electronically via the City of Menifee’s PlanetBids bidding portal at: https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=41576 no later than 2 p.m., on June 23, 2026. Electronic Bid submittal must include all corresponding attachments, including but not limited to, bid bond, subcontractor list, etc.
A hard copy of the entire bid package including all original notarized documents must be received within 48 hours of the submittal deadline to be consider responsive to this NIB. If using Federal Express or other such service for bid submittal, the contents of the submittal must be noted on the outside of that envelope as stated above. Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in ink in conformance with the Instruction to Bidders. All bids shall be submitted to the Agency’s front desk in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with "SEALED BID FOR CIP No. 27-04, BANNER VILLAGE PARK PLAYGROUND - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL."
