Sealed bids will be received online by the Upper Moreland-Hatboro Joint Sewer Authority (UMHJSA) via PennBid (https://pennbid.procureware.com) until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud for: CONTRACT 2023-24 – 1903C BAR SCREEN REPLACEMENT - INSTALLATION ONLY The project consists of the removal of the existing bar screen, modifications to the building and installation of a new bar screen pre-purchased by the Owner. All bid documents and details are available at no cost at PennBid (https://pennbid.procureware.com). Each bid must be accompanied by certified check drawn to the order of UMHJSA or a Bid Bond in favor of UMHJSA in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. All contractors and sub-contractors working on this project will be required to comply with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act No. 222. There is a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Questions can be posted on PennBid through 5 P.M., Friday, June 28, 2024.
