PRE-SOLICITATION NUMBER N4523A-15-R-0009 The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Washington intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Stand-Alone contract for the repair and maintenance of Barge 60 located at Naval Base Kitsap Bremerton, Washington. Firms possessing the capability and qualifications would provide the labor, material, and services to accomplish repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, and preservation of the barge. Repair and refurbishment requirements shall include hull, mechanical, restoration, and maintenance of structures within the barge. Contractors' dry-dock facility must possess the capability of accommodating a barge with the following dimensions: L 230' x W 60'and 2" x H 15', 3'1" Draft, with a light displacement of 867 Long Tons. The period of performance for this acquisition is: August 03, 2015 through September 16, 2015 The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Stand Alone contract to the responsible contractor on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis in accordance with, but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-2.
