This is a pre-solicitation notice. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for technical representative services in support of U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility (SRF) Yokosuka, Japan. All services to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Rolls-Royce Marine North America per FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The period of performance shall be 01 August~17 December 2015. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to NECO on or about 31 March 2015 with proposals due on or about 08 April 2015.
