The Chester County Water Resources Authority (“AUTHORITY”) solicits bids for Inlet Safety Improvements at Barneston Dam, an earthen flood control dam located in Wallace Township, Chester County, PA on lands owned by the AUTHORITY. Bids shall be submitted electronically via Public Purchase by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday May 1, 2025, Bids will be opened publicly, promptly thereafter. A Voluntary Pre-Bid Site Visit will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, beginning at the Barneston Dam Parking Area (approximate location: 2270 Creek Rd, Glenmoore, PA 19343), Wallace Township. The Pre-Bid Site Visit will last approximately up to one and a half (1.5) hours. Private tours of the site will NOT be given. Photography will be permitted. Contractors planning to attend the Pre-Bid meeting, please email contact@example.gov the names of attendees by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025.
