Baseline Project Budget and Spending Authorization Harbor Scenic Drive Roadway and Infrastructure Improvements Specification HD-S3171, HA-1525

The Port of Long Beach has established a Baseline Project Budget of 100,100,000 dollars and an initial spending authorization of 4,040,000 dollars for the Harbor Scenic Drive Roadway and Infrastructure Improvements project. This specific authorization is dedicated to completing the design phase of the project, which involves improvements to an existing roadway with negligible expansion. The scope of work includes the installation and improvement of highway lighting and changeable message signs within the Long Beach Harbor District in Los Angeles County. All constructed activities associated with the project will be performed by the Port under Harbor Development Permit 24-066(1). The project has been granted a Notice of Exemption from further environmental review under CEQA Sections 15301 and 15303, as the work consists of minor alterations to existing facilities and the construction of small structures.
