The purpose of this amendment is to answer previous vendor questions. See summary of changes. The due date will be extended to Monday August 10, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. EST. In order to be considered a responsive quote, quoters must provide everything filled out including the evaluation criteria, the signed base solicitation filled out along with the signed amendment.

ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a
quantity of four hundred (400) Voucher Subscriptions for the Lithium-Ion Battery Development and Manufacturing in Accordance With (IAW) the Specifications document.
The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(c). The Delivery required is FOB Destination.
Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors
may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-
606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov.
This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception
FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-26-Q-0255 is hereby issued as an
attachment hereto.
