Full Description
Professional Services Requested: DHHS would like to procure a trainer that will provide Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (TF-CBT) with our private contracted providers. The Utah Department of Health and Human Services; Department of Family Health has been awarded the System of Care grant which is to provide mental/behavioral health services for all children between ages 2-11 who are considered SMI/SED. Because these youth are at high risk for experiencing traumatic events, mental health concerns, and lack of access to mental health services. Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Treatment is a mental health treatment that aims to reduce traumatic memories and decreasing emotional dysregulation. CCRS will procure a person that is certified in and can train TF-CBT to other providers
Length of Contract: Five Years.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies. The intent is to award a contract under Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15 for the purchase of Design Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The vendor with the highest- ranking will be selected to negotiate a contract at compensation determined to be fair and reasonable. If fair and reasonable compensation, contract requirements, and contract documents cannot be agreed upon with the highest ranked vendor, the state may proceed with negotiations with the next highest ranked vendor. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications.
