BCS 2026-06 Traffic Engineering and Design Services, Statewide

Solicitation BCS 2026-06 is a statewide request for traffic engineering and design services for Traffic Control Devices issued by the Maryland State Highway Administration. The scope of work encompasses the design of new and upgraded traffic signals, signing, pavement markings, Intelligent Transportation Systems, roadway lighting, and temporary traffic control, as well as providing on-site engineering support and program management.
