Performance must be completed no later than September 30th, 2026, and bidders are expected to have a thorough understanding of all scope requirements prior to submission. The solicitation opened on August 3rd, 2026, with a response deadline of August 17th, 2026, and all communications should be directed to Brayden Dent at braydend@utah.gov. Contractors must ensure compliance with all terms, as the State will not accommodate cost adjustments due to unforeseen site conditions, and pricing must remain fixed for the life of the contract.
