Beam Position Monitor (BPM) Major Assembly - Group B, C and D

The University of California, acting on behalf of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, is seeking qualified small businesses to fulfill Request for Proposal AA-2026-08 for the fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing of Beam Position Monitor (BPM) chassis major assemblies, specifically Groups B, C, and D, for the ALS-U project. This is a Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 334418, with proposals due no later than July 31, 2026, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Offerors must submit a three-volume proposal including a cover letter, detailed technical response addressing key evaluation factors such as technical compliance, delivery schedule, manufacturing capacity, past performance, and quality assurance, along with a business volume containing the required Representations and Certifications form, Price Proposal Schedule (Attachment A), and ALS-U Quality Evaluation Survey.
