Main Street Beaver, UT 84713 INVITATION TO BID (ITB) The purpose of this ITB is to Purchase 2- New Cars for our car fleet preferably Kia K5 sedans or a midsized sedan equivalent to that make and model. With the LXS package or an upgraded trim . You can submit a couple different options.
SUBMITTING BIDS All information requested must be completed and submitted digitally by Tuesday, 28, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (MST) through the online Bonfire Online System. You may also hand deliver the bids to the Beaver County School District in a sealed envelope with the name and number of the solicitation on the outside of the envelope by Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. If the required information is not submitted in a timely manner, the bid will be deemed non-responsive.
