The Contractor shall furnish everything necessary, including but not limited to all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform watering of road and road blading on the Beaverhead area of the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest. Road blading includes blading and shaping, maintaining drainage facilities, removal of sloughs and slides, and providing for signing and public safety in compliance with these terms, specifications, and provisions. This work is being solicited as a performance-based service contract. Performance based means the Contractor is responsible for an end product. FP03 is incorporated in this contract Surface Blading with and without water.
