Beckman Coulter, Inc. Automation Services

The State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University has entered into a sole source procurement agreement with Beckman Coulter, Inc. for the servicing and inspection of the Beckman Coulter Power Express automation system located within its laboratory. This procurement was granted an exemption from the standard publication requirements of the New York State Contract Reporter by the Office of the State Comptroller, pursuant to Section 144(2)(e) of the Economic Development Law. The contract is established for an initial term of three years, with the option for two additional one-year renewal periods. Performance of these services will take place at SUNY Upstate Medical University, located at 750 East Adams Street in Syracuse, New York. Administrative oversight for the contract is managed by Marguerite Dodd, the Contract Administrator within the Contracts and Campus Purchasing department.
