This is a Special Notice/Notice of Intent to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call against an existing BPA for the acquisition of “Beech Pre-Commercial Thinning”. The USDA Forest Service (USFS) is requesting quotes under the Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 12363N23Q4023.
Location: Blue Mountain Ranger District of the Malheur National Forest.
The Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR), 12363N23Q4023, is a National BPA that consists of a large variety of work including Professional Services, Natural Resources Restoration, Engineering, Project Management, NEPA, Communications, and more.
