The New York State Department of Health, Division of Chronic Disease Prevention, Bureau of Chronic Disease Evaluation and Research intends to execute an amendment for contract C033974 with ICF Macro, Inc. to add $1,317,238.37 for the period 4/1/2025 - 3/31/2026. ICF Macro was selected to serve as New York’s BRFSS vendor based on acompetitive procurement. Two proposals were received in response to thecompetitive Request for Proposals (RFP) 17846. ICF Macro Inc. submitted theonly proposal to meet the minimum requirements. Because ICF Macro Inc. iscurrently under contract to provide this service to the Department, they arethe only vendor capable of completing the additional surveys on behalf of theDepartment. Due to these reasons a competitive procurement for thisservice was not feasible. A competitive Request for Proposals #20455 was released August 14, 2024.
