Full Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, Seal Beach Detachment plans to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.303-2(a)(4), services and items to upgrade and modify our Bemco Environmental Chamber, Model A6H. The government intends to award on a Sole-Source basis to Bemco, Inc. Bemco, Inc. is the OEM, the items and services are required to support the upgrade and are direct form, fit and function replacement items. This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.301-1(c). The applicable NAICS Classification is 333415 and the size standard is 750. This is not a request for quotes, however; any responsible source having the technical capabilities to meet the requirement described may submit a quote along with their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and lead time for consideration via email to: contact@example.gov.
