The Seventh Amendment to Permit No. 999 permits China Shipping (North America) Holding Company, Ltd. to continue operating its marine container terminal at Berths 97–109 in the Port of Los Angeles under revised environmental mitigation measures aligned with the 2008 Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report and the 2019 and 2025 Revised Supplemental Environmental Impact Reports.
