Full Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a beverage agreement at all Northwest ISD Stadiums, Concession Stands and High Schools. This contract will be for the supplier of beverages including installing, operating, servicing & maintaining equipment for dispensing beverage products as well as provide services for the sale of beverage products. Beverage Products include, but are not limited to, carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, sports drinks, juices, isotonic drinks, and bottled water. This contract will not include NISD vending machines. The initial term of this proposal shall be from date of award to June 30, 2027. There will be four successive auto renewals, each consisting of a one-year term, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties. Anticipated Board Date April 13, 2026 Initial Term: April 2026 - June 2027 Second Term: July 2027 - June 2028 Third Term: July 2028 - June 2029 Fourth Term: July 2029 - June 2030 Final Term: July 2030 - June 2031
