Full Description

NRCan has a requirement to investigate the non-energy benefits of energy efficiency projects in the industrial sector in Canada. The contractor will deliver a report outlining the findings and deliver a presentation to NRCan. The study will identify, analyze and develop a new methodology to quantify when possible, the non-energy benefits of industrial energy efficiency investments that are not as easily quantifiable as energy cost savings. While the focus is on benefits, implying a positive impact, any negative impacts should also be considered. The methodology that NRCan is seeking will support NRCan’s future endeavors, which include but are not limited to, publishing or generating information for Canadians and Canadian stakeholders.
