Sealed Bids for qualified playground equipment vendors to furnish, deliver, and professionally install five (5) commercial-grade playground structures at the following existing City Parks: ¿ Oldfield Park ¿ A.D. Redmond Park ¿ Woodland Park ¿ Willie T Williams Park ¿ Barbara Calhoun Park Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 pm on September 23, 2026, at 1211 Washington Street, Perry, GA 31069. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at said office. Any bid received after 2:00 pm on September 23, 2026, will not be considered by the Owner. Following the closing time for the receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The awarded Bidder will be responsible for all fees and permit costs associated with the project. The bidder must demonstrate full knowledge and understanding of the specifications and requirements for the Playgrounds. Bidders are asked to provide a timetable for job completion and provide a client list of previous completed projects. The City will award the bid to the lowest most responsible bidder that best meets all of the City's requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
