Bid documents can be printed after registration at: https://cityofdothan.procureware.com. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Each bidder shall comply with all applicable State and Local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulation of firms doing business in the State of Alabama. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
