The County of Riverside is seeking prequalified contractors and material suppliers for informal public projects under 220,000 dollars for the 2026 calendar year. Prequalification status remains valid through December 31, 2026, and allows approved vendors to be contacted directly by project managers for work. Specifically, companies on the All Projects under 220,000 dollars list may be contacted for projects under 75,000 dollars without competitive bidding, while those on the Exclusive Small Projects list may be contacted for work under 25,000 dollars, which exempts them from DIR registration, project registration, and project bonds.
