Performs onsite preventative maintenance, evaluation, consultation, and repairs for medical equipment for prime contractors on NC Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities (DsOHF) projects. Executes PM schedules per the Medical Equipment Management Program, performs emergency repairs, and generates monthly inspection reports. Requires biomedical testing and calibration equipment. Must comply with The Joint Commission and National Hospital Standards. Delivers certified medical equipment and PM logs.
