All deliverables must be accessible, secure, and functionally compliant with Exhibit C specifications, with the University retaining audit rights and the authority to terminate contracts for noncompliance. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement Portal in individually uploaded files, with no paper or email submissions permitted, and must include complete representations and certifications on entity status, socioeconomic intent, and legal compliance, although no formal UEI, CAGE, or size status certifications are required from offerors. Payment will be processed via ACH, invoices must include HUB subcontracting progress reports, and all records must be retained for at least four years post-termination in accordance with Texas law and federal audit requirements. No Guarantee of Volume. UTHSA does not solicit or guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of Services under this RFP or any contract or agreement resulting from this RFP.
