**Pre-Bid Site Meeting Date, Time, and Locations (PLEASE NOTE, THE DATE HAS CHANGED TO 7/14/2026)** The pre-bid site meeting will be held at both DART's Elm and Webb Chapel facilities (listed below) and will begin at the Webb Chapel facility. Please allow approximately 30 minutes to one hour for each site visit.
*Please confirm your participation for the Pre-Bid Site Visit via email, to Isaac Park (ipark@dart.org)*. Due to limited scheduling flexibility, no additional dates or times will be offered for the site visit.
