Full Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform comprehensive bird surveys at the Red Slough Wildlife Management Area of the Ouachita National Forest, Oklahoma. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the specifications detailed in the attachments. Expertise in identifying, by sight and sound, all bird species occurring in Southeast Oklahoma required.
It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract consisting of one (1) one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years.
The Government intends to evaluate quotations using a comparative evaluation methodology.
