The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete property boundary maintenance services as described in the attachments.



The work may include, but is not limited to:
 Maintenance of previously marked property lines of Forest Service administered lands.
 Identification and maintenance of land and/or property corners.
 Replace Forest provided Property Boundary Signs, Land Survey Monument Signs, and Bearing Tree Tags as required.
 Preparation of Form 7100-52, Corner Record, for each Forest Service property corner as maintained.



No site visit is scheduled. Project area is on Forest Service Lands and is open to the public. It is highly reccomended offerors vist project areas to gain understaning of the sites and thier complexities.



This is a new requirement there is no incumbent.



The Government will evaluate quotations based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria. Only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated for Technical Acceptability. Should the lowest priced offer not receive an acceptable technical or past performance rating, the process will continue in order of lowest priced offer until the lowest price, technically acceptable offer with acceptable or neutral past performance is identified.
