BLACK CREEK WELL #13 - PUMP AND WELL INSPECTION PROJECT

The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA) is soliciting sealed bids for the Black Creek Well #13 Pump and Well Inspection Project in Jacksonville, North Carolina. The selected contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and evaluate the existing turbine pump, shaft, and motor, as well as clean and visually inspect the well casing and screens. Key deliverables include a video recording of the pre- and post-cleaning inspections provided on a CD or USB flash drive and two hard copies of a final inspection report. All work must be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days following a written Notice to Proceed and must be performed in accordance with state and local codes. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eProcurement portal by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 pm. To be considered responsive, bidders must have attended the mandatory site visit on October 27, 2026, and must possess a valid license from the NC Well Contractor Certification Commission. Evaluation will be based on price, technical approach, and the bidder's capability and experience. Required submission documents include a bid pricing form, a certificate of insurance, and a notarized E-Verify Affidavit. Payments will be made via ACH on a monthly basis, with terms set at 30 days from the invoice date.
