2027 Jetting Regulated Drain and or Ditches Maintenance Contract

The Hamilton County Drainage Board is soliciting bids for the 2027 Jetting Regulated Drain and or Ditches Maintenance Contract, identified by solicitation number DBJET27. The contract covers the provision of all labor, equipment, and materials required for the televising, power jetting, and vacuum cleaning of regulated drains and ditches under the Board's jurisdiction for the 2027 calendar year. All work is performed under the direction of the County Surveyor. Bids must be submitted on a unit price basis by 9:00 AM on November 23, 2026. Evaluation is based on the bidder's experience, financial capability, and equipment planning in accordance with IC 5-22-7-4. The contract adheres to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and various federal safety and labor standards, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
