The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, plans to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with qualified contractors to fulfill various construction requirements including general construction, mechanical, and electrical work. While the goal is to set up around ten agreements, the government reserves the right to increase or decrease this number as deemed beneficial. Each BPA will cover work valued between $25,000 and $100,000, with firm fixed-price calls issued individually based on specific statements of work. All activities under these agreements must comply with the Davis Bacon Act, incorporating appropriate wage determinations. Contractors selected will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and quality control to complete tasks effectively. This acquisition is exclusively set aside for businesses eligible under HubZone, 8(a), and Service Disabled Veteran Small Business Concerns, and multiple BPAs will be awarded to technically acceptable contractors. Technical acceptability will be evaluated based on bonding capacity, demonstrated low risk in performance and safety, and relevant construction experience involving a minimum of ten projects completed in the past five years. Offerors must submit detailed past performance information, bonding details, and project experience by the specified deadline to be considered. No formal solicitation will be issued, and responses must be delivered in person before the cutoff date. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense Contractor Registration system and are encouraged to complete required representations and certifications before BPA establishment. For inquiries, a designated point of contact is provided.
