Project Title: Bldg. 510 - Propane Pipe Leak Repairs Funding Source: CNIC Funded FY Requested: FY26, Q2 Project Details/SOW: Small propane leaks detected near the threaded connections. Replace with socket weld to reduce the possibilities of future leaks. SOW - System will be isolated & secured at the main propane tanks. - All piping will be flared off after the point of isolation & purged with nitrogen before work begins. - Nitrogen purge during all welding operations. Repair threaded fitting leaks under the propane storage tanks. This will involve cung the pipe and welding new pipe & fittings. Repair or replace all leaking threaded fittings on the pump package with socket weld fittings where possible. This will reduce the possibility of future leaks. EV Comments: Conduct NEPA review. APM Comments: No issues, approved. CRM Comments: No issues. Project does not affect historic property. RPM Comments: Approved.
