S--BLM-CO LSFO LAWN CARE AND SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES

This contract establishes a five-year firm fixed price agreement from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031, for lawn care and snow removal services at the Bureau of Land Management’s Little Snake Field Office in Craig, Colorado. The work is divided into a base year and four one-year option periods, with services scheduled seasonally: lawn maintenance from April 1 through November 1 and snow and ice removal from November 1 through March 31. The scope includes groundskeeping across designated public areas, turf zones, landscaped features such as rock beds and wetlands, and specific sidewalks, with all work required to maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
