BLM-NM RFO COMANCHE OXBOW FENCING

This is a solicitation announcement for fence installation located at the Bureau of Land Management RFO COMANCHE OXBOW, Chaves County, New Mexico near Roswell, NM.

Socio-economic Categories: While this procurement will be solicited only to the C-MAC Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.

1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove existing fence and construct approximately 1.2 miles of four strand barbed wire fence according to all Specifications, Drawings, Maps, and Work Data Sheets. Vehicle access is permitted within 15 feet of each side of the fence. Minimal clearing is required; brush and trees needing removal must be cut at ground level and placed 10'15 feet from the fence line. Equipment must be cleaned of soil and vegetation before arriving on site and between work locations to prevent spreading noxious or invasive weeds. The contractor shall submit a written work schedule. A safety and fire plan must be approved prior to construction, and PPE shall be used in compliance with OSHA requirements.
