BLM El Centro Field Office Ground Operations

The BLM El Centro Field Office Ground Operations project, managed by the California Department of Parks and Recreation Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division, involves the ongoing maintenance of three open-area OHV recreation facilities and 2,302 miles of OHV trails. The scope of work includes cleaning and maintaining restrooms, trash collection, OHV signing, and non-law enforcement monitoring of facilities for maintenance purposes, as well as OHV outreach.
